microKC Kinetic Chromogenic LAL (Micro Kinetic Chromogenic Assay) is a miniaturized kinetic chromogenic test that uses low-volume 96-well microplates/strips, compatible with the ELx808IU-SN LAL system and other standard endotoxin detection instruments. It fully meets pharmacopoeial requirements for bacterial endotoxin testing, requiring only 25 µL of sample and 25 µL of LAL reagent per test. Sharing the same detection principle as the traditional kinetic chromogenic method, it offers strong anti-interference capability and is ideally suited for quantitative endotoxin detection in injectable drugs, vaccines, antibodies, biologics, and other pharmaceutical products.
