Bioendo GC Endotoxin Test Kit (Gel Clot Assay) includes Amebocyte Lysate, CSE and Water for BET. This will well avoid the mismatching between Amebocyte Lysate and CSE. The Kit is especially suitable for you when you need to do lots of endotoxin detection. A variety of gel-clot endotoxin assay kits are also available upon your demand.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Kinetic Turbidimetric Method
Q1
Are there any instrument requirements for the kinetic turbidimetric method?
The kinetic turbidimetric method requires a detection instrument with temperature control and the ability to dynamically measure absorbance values. We recommend the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate Microbial Rapid Detection System ELX808IULALXH, which features wavelengths of 340, 405, 490, 540, and 630 nm, and maintains a temperature accuracy of 37±0.1°C. This instrument strongly supports accurate kinetic turbidimetric experiments and helps reduce experimental errors.
Q2
How should samples be tested?
Initial sample testing requires a preliminary experiment. Prepare multiple dilution gradients of the sample to perform a recovery test and determine the appropriate dilution factor. For detailed guidance, refer to the instruction manual and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
Q3
What causes a poorly constructed standard curve?
(1)Carefully read the instruction manual and certificate of analysis to ensure the wavelength and Onset OD are correctly set. Turn on the instrument in advance, set up the program, and preheat it to 37°C.
(2)Has the endotoxin been thoroughly shaken? Simply shaking by hand a few times or using a shaker is insufficient. Endotoxin must be thoroughly mixed using a vortex mixer.
(3)Has the LAL reagent been vortexed vigorously? The LAL reagent must be used within 10 minutes. Therefore, first prepare the endotoxin working standard and samples, then reconstitute the LAL reagent. After reconstitution, gently mix the reagent and let it stand until the bubbles dissipate before use. Always reconstitute the LAL reagent and endotoxin according to the instruction manual.
